Audacious Inquiry Acquired by PointClickCare Technologies

Audacious Inquiry is a provider of a software as a service (Saas) platform offering secure, timely, and relevant electronic care alerts to payers and at-risk provider customers to improve care delivery and coordination. Audacious Inquiry is also viewed as a leader in healthcare technology policy by offering software development and advisory services to state and federal agencies. The company selected TT Capital Partners (TTCP) as its investment partner in July 2020 due to TTCP’s deep experience in the healthcare space and specifically its relationships with health insurance plans that represent a key sales target. TTCP played a strong role in helping recruit talent and positioning the story to customers, ultimately leading to strong growth and a quick investment exit.

TTCP helped Audacious Inquiry build upon its success in selling its SaaS platform and introduced seasoned healthcare talent across the sales and product teams, leading to accelerated traction with health insurance companies. 

PointClickCare Technologies, a technology provider for post-acute and hospital facilities, acquired Audacious Inquiry in the March of 2022. Together, the combined company will improve patient outcomes through a highly integrated care collaboration platform.
